Review Best Leica 35mm / f2.0 Summicron-M Aspherical Manual ...
I was given Leica 35mm / f2.0 Summicron-M Aspherical Manual Focus Len (11882) - products a week ago. It helped exactly as promoted. Wonderful product. User hospitable to the position that I did not have to have to look over any guidance to operate. Checked the distances with other products and appears to be to be very legitimate. Beaming I made the select. I would recommend highly this product to you.
There was a time that if a man wanted to take photos of a mountain, he’d need to do a lot of walking.
A hundred years ago, no man could carry all the plates and gels and flashbulbs and developer fluids for a straight month of photos. Fifty years ago, it might have been possible, but you’d have to go back and forth to get them developed. Twenty years ago, maybe you could have done it all on-site, but who could you have shown it to? And even just a decade ago, at the birth of email and digital cameras, you’d still need to save that image to a computer before you could post it to your blog.
Urban Ministry Live And Unplugged: Retiring My Leica
I am the minister of an urban, cosmopolitan Church in Cape Town, where I have been for nearly twenty years. There are a few reasons for this blog. Firstly, to help people form a picture of what typical urban ministry is about -- not least seminary students who may be destined for urban ministry. Secondly, my experience in urban ministry may be (and, in fact, often has been) an encouragement to other ministers -- or a cautionary tale, as the case may be! Thirdly, friends have simply told me how interesting reports of urban ministry are. With all of the above in mind, the purpose of this blog is simply to record urban ministry "live and unplugged", in the form of a minister's diary. Note that this is not a "Church blog" -- it is not intended in the first instance for my own congregation, or to promote my own Church -- although I know that many congregants and visitors do look in here. For the most part, it is not my intention to share my views, except where these are related to praxis. The emphasis is the experience of urban ministry and the various events that surround it. This is a description of our congregation: roughly a third are (by birth) Afrikaans-speaking, a third English-speaking, and many more speak African languages (chiefly Xhosa, Shona, and Lingala). A closer impression will be received through the various entries and photographs on this site. About half of the congregation falls in the lowest income category. The Church may be described as a mix between "traditionalist" and friendly chaos. Web have been described on the Internet as "blended". The social context is one of comparative turmoil and trauma. Our official name is "Sea Point Evangelical Congregational Church". This blog may be unique with regard to its degree of transparency about urban ministry. Many people have written to me to say how they cherish the help they have received through this. However, this means that special attention needs to be given to confidentiality in particular. I use the following guidelines for posting on this blog: If I am dealing with an isolated incident that is not thought to reveal any connections, then I post. If it is public knowledge, then I post -- if not, then I change identifying details (name, place, date, gender, etc.), and wait a minimum ten days before I post. If anyone who was not directly involved in an incident would recognise those who were, then I do not post -- otherwise, those who are "in on" a story will know it anyway. If it could compromise the safety of those I blog about, then I make a post safe, or I do not post. If an incident jeopardised the unity of the Church, then I change identifying details, and wait a minimum six months before I post. I am retiring my Leica C-Lux 2 camera, after nearly 2½ years of service, and nearly 10,000 photos. It has seen hard use, as this scan shows (you may click on it to enlarge). I routinely give my cameras away -- so someone is destined to be the lucky owner of a Leica. This is one of the best compact digital cameras I have owned -- one I could be satisfied with. A small device, and durable, it took wide- and narrow-angle shots of excellent quality, and some impressive macro-photos. This having been said, it was too automated for my liking, and several times suffered sensor-burn, which is bad. I have asked Leica what the problem was, and they are looking into it. My own suspicion is that I used spot-metering into the sun, instead of multi-metering.

Chasing Light » Blog Archive » Fez, Morocco | The Fez Medina
This was my first trip to Morocco in February 2012, traveling to Fez, Merzouga and Marrakech. Morocco fulfilled so many of my ambitions for any trip abroad. It was exotic and accessible and offered a wide variety of flavors, fantastic food and warm, generous people.
I arrived early in the morning and started with an early train trip to Fez from the airport in Casablanca. I skipped Casablanca in its entirety as even Moroccans do not have gentle things to say about this modern city.

New Gear: SLR Magic HyperPrime CINE 50mm T0.95 For M-Mount
15.01.12
The SLR Magic HyperPrime CINE 50mm T0. 95 is designed for the Leica M-Mount, and unfortunately there aren't many other salient details about it. The lens is 50mm equivalent, has a maximum aperture of T0. 95, which equates to f/0. 92 in the more... With the lens not expect to launch until the end of September, there's no word of official price, but SLR Magic lenses tend towards the affordable. It's hard to judge what the final product will handle like from just video footage, but given SLR Magic's history of less-than-sharp lenses, I wouldn't hold my breath for anything stellar. SLR Magic's newest lens won't be available until this year's Photokina, but the company has decided to start the new year with a bang, and announced it anyway. Specifically designed for video shooting, you can see some sample footage of the lens in action here and here. (more...)

(more...)

Sparen Sie Leica 10x25 BR Ultravid Black Binoculars 40253
The Leica 10x25 BR Ultravid Black Binoculars 40253 are brighter, sharper, more compact, more functional and robust than previous binoculars of its lens size. The binoculars are very robust as Leica have developed a vulcanisation method which ensures that the rubber armoured finish is inseparable from the metal housing even in the harshest conditions. The use of asphericial lenses means that the binoculars offer a sharp image right to the edge whithout colour fringing and because of the close focusing distance these little Ultravids can pick out a robin on the floor at your feet. The rubber armour finish offers a warm and secure feel to the binoculars. Lesen Sie mehr Details.
